At Tredzcycle, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, you may return it using our Return and Refund Policy. Read the information given below to find out how to return your products and ask for a refund.
1. Return Window
If you choose to return your order, you must do so within 30 days after receiving it. After 30 days from your purchase, we no longer offer a refund or exchange. Returns: Products may be accepted for defects or simply order changes.

2. Return Policy
A refund will be granted only if the following situations apply: It should still be as you received it and not have been used at all. You should keep the original box and all the bundled accessories, manuals and papers. Only a product that remains untouched or unchanged is eligible.
3. Refunds
After handling your return and confirming the requirements, we will send you the refund for the amount paid for the returned goods. Any funds that are refunded will go back to the original form of payment. Processing your refund will take up to 14 business days once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
4. Restocking Fee
There is no fee charged when you return any merchandise. There are no exchanges allowed at Tredz Cycle.
